We specialize in cold runner design. Cold runners keep materials “chilled” within the delivery channels to prevent premature curing. This specialized design methodology dramatically reduces scrap waste, lowers material costs, and optimizes production efficiency. Although typically higher cost, cold runners are highly recommended for long production runs and high cost materials.

Multi-cavity tooling optimizes high-volume production across compression, transfer, and injection processes. By forming multiple parts per cycle, it maximizes efficiency, ensures uniformity, and significantly lowers the cost per unit.

A prototype mold is a low-cost, temporary tool used to produce functional parts for testing. It’s recommended to validate designs, test materials, and catch errors before committing to expensive production.

Modern mold productivity solutions maximize efficiency through automated loading and demolding. Integrating innovative rotating tree bars alongside rotating center plates significantly reduces cycle times to optimize overall manufacturing production output.

High precision parts feature extremely tight tolerances. Our 3″ bar-fed mill-turn excels at complex production, while our three high-precision mills provide the versatility to accommodate any other custom job.
